Order processing times

Most orders will ship within a week. If there is any kind of significant backorder, we will reach out to you.

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking email to the email address you provided at checkout.

International Shipping

We welcome international orders; however, we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages when delivered through a freight forwarding company. We are not responsible for any duties, customs, or declarations fees.

Local pickup

You may choose the local order pickup option. We will reach out to you to schedule a pickup date/time, please do not show up without confirming this plan with us first.

Fraud Protection

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason if the threat of fraud is tagged by our system. If we feel an order may be fraudulent, we will cancel the order and refund the payment.

Lost/Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen, you will need to contact the shipping carrier and file a claim. Once your package leaves us, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier and we cannot control delivery.
