This system is constructed of 1-7/8" - 2-1/8"- 2-3/4” mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing for maximum strength, durability, and corrosion resistance.

Tri-Y Design with Optimized Tube Lengths:
Tri-Y designed with optimized tube lengths and specifically tuned paired opposite firing cylinders to improve cylinder scavenging, exhaust flow, and performance.

Includes Auxiliary O2 bung:
These Headers includes an auxiliary O2 bung and plug for either a wide-band O2 sensor or other instrumentation.

TIG Welded Inlet Ports:
TIG Welded inlet ports for strength, eliminating flange warpage, and improves exhaust flow.

304 Stainless Steel Flanges:
Factory style laser cut 304 stainless steel flanges are used for a secure leak-free seal.

Retains Factory Sensors:

48-34148-T Titanium Coated Header is preferred for convertible models due to lower radiant heat in the engine compartment
